Founder & Principal

Syed Ahsan

Syed is the principal owner of Noor Financial Services. He holds a Master of Commerce (MCom) with a major in accounting and finance. He is a certified tax consultant and certified intuit QuickBooks® Pro Advisor (desktop and online versions). He has held executive-level positions in financial organizations across South-east Asia, the Middle East and Africa. After moving to Canada, he founded Noor Financial Services in 2003. He brings over 30 years of experience in dealing with financial institutions, the Canada Revenue Agency and other governing bodies for assurance and compliance. He is a member in good standing with the Canadian Tax Foundation.

Muhammad Amir

Amir has an MBA in accounting and finance from London, UK. With over 10 years of experience in Canada, he specializes in trucking industry accounting, finances and business lending.

Zahid Muhammad

Zahid holds a bachelor’s degree (BA) in accounting and is well-versed with all bookkeeping and accounting services. He is an expert in cloud accounting programs and digital transformation to paperless offices.

Zakir Ali

Zakir is a Chartered Accountant from Pakistan and a CPA finalist in Canada. He is our Senior Staff Accountant with extensive experience in audit and compliance. Zakir is a team leader for our audit department. He specializes in CRA, TICO and Law Society audits.
